    I will take the time to understand your:

    • Health history and current needs

    • Preferences, abilities, and physical limitations

    • Intentions, expectations, and time frame

    This allows her to create a fully personalised practice that supports your body, your nervous system, and your life as it is right now.

    I would love to share my art with you — guiding you to move mindfully with play, calm, light-heartedness, and presence.
