Through movement, breath, meditation, and deep somatic presence, I offer transformational, intuitive yoga that supports nervous system regulation, embodied freedom, and a genuine sense of coming home to yourself.
I offer small group classes and one-on-one private sessions for those who want to begin yoga, return to it, or deepen their practice in a way that feels nourishing rather than demanding.

Somatic Coaching
Somatic Coaching is a deeply embodied, one-on-one pathway for those who feel ready to gently unravel old patterns held in the body and nervous system.
This work supports you to move beyond mental effort and into lived, felt change, restoring safety, trust, and regulation from the inside out. Through guided somatic awareness, nervous system support, and intuitive presence, we work with what is already arising in the body, rather than forcing insight or change.
Somatic Coaching is for you if you feel stuck in recurring patterns, emotional loops, or survival responses, and are ready to cultivate deeper self-trust, emotional resilience, and embodied clarity.
Quantum Flow
Quantum Flow is an energetic and embodied practice that works beyond the personal story, allowing deeper realignment at an energetic and creative level.
These sessions support the release of stagnation, contraction, and outdated identities, opening space for greater flow, intuition, and authentic expression. Rather than analysing or fixing, Quantum Flow invites a return to natural alignment — where clarity, creativity, and movement arise effortlessly.
This offering is for those who feel called to explore their inner world through energy, movement, and presence, and to reconnect with their innate creative life force.
