Do you want to start or go deeper into yoga, breath work, and meditation?  I offer one-one sessions and hold space for small groups.
This is for you if you want to find new ways or maintain to stay healthy, fit, calm. centred, playful, and balanced.
My mission is to help you to find joy in movement and easy ways to relax and meditate that don’t feel like an extra task on your to-do list, but something to look forward to every day 🙂
Previous to any session, we will have a chat where I ask you about your health, preferences, abilities, expectations, limits, time frame, and answer questions you might have, so get a unique practice tailored to your needs.

Breath Medicine

Healthy Living

Breath Medicine is a powerful Connected Breath tool, aimed at giving access to an embodied, present moment awareness that is coherent and free from trauma and other effects of the past.

This modality has been created by Daisy Kaye as result of 26 years of practising connected Breathwork, such as Biodynamic Trauma Release, Rebirthing and Transformational Breathwork; married with 5 Element systems, Taoist, Tantric and Shamanic wisdoms.

Breath Medicine is a journey back home to original self. Experience a safe space where the whole of you is welcomed with warmth and loving-kindness. Discover incredible body wisdoms and sensory awareness as we engage in effortless, smooth and connected breath, meditation, movement and touch.

The Breath Medicine program includes nourishing the nervous system, somatic and elemental movement and can include shaking, sounding, touch, dance, forgiveness rituals, journalling and more.

Breath Medicine can unravel and unwind strains, tension and trauma with the alignment of breath, body and universal consciousness. We focus on practices that cultivate ,mindfulness for success in business, life, vitality and love.

As we breathe without pause; energy, sensations, emotions and memories awaken to be felt, seen, heard, integrated and liberated. Become aware, that we are so much more than we think we are.

Breathe away thoughts  of separation and limitation and connect with source.

Kahuna puts us in touch with ourselves on kinaesthetic, emotional and psychological levels. The changeable dynamic of soothing and vigorous strokes shifts awareness inwards resulting in release of tension, softening of sore muscles and boosting the immune system.

Like a ceremony in which the touch is given respectfully with the whole being, this bodywork responds to where and who we are NOW.
